THE ADVICE CONCERNING SEPARATION FROM EVIL; I Tim. 6:11.1.
The young preacher should abstain from fleshly lusts; I Peter 2:11.2.
The young preacher should not have fellowship with unfruitfulness; Eph. 5:11.3.
The young preacher should abstain from all evil; I Thess. 5:22.II.

THE ADVICE CONCERNING GOSSIP; I Tim. 4:7.1.
The young preacher should recognize the error of gossip; James 1:26.2.
The young preacher should not be a talebearer; Lev. 19:16.3.
The young preacher's conversation should honor Christ; Phil. 1:27.Ill.

THE ADVICE CONCERNING PRAYER; I Tim. 2:1.1.
The young preacher should pray with faith; Matt. 21:22.2.
The young preacher should pray with humility; II Chron. 33:12.3.

Conclusion:A young preacher will be wise to learn from older preachers who have already traveled the road they are gettingread to trod. Experience is a valuable teacher. If you learn from those who have already experienced what it is tomake right and wrong moves in the church, it may just keep you from heading down a wrong pathway that willlead to your destruction.

about to re-live

We always talk about redoing this or that, so why not just decide to re-live your life. I mean re-do, change the way you think and therefore change your life. It all begins with your thinking then moves to your beliefs and then will become a way of life, so who's stopping you other than you and that is the 1st place to make the change.
God said, as a man thinketh so is he, so how are you?

The goal of all discipline should be restoration

15Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother." The goal of all discipline should be restoration. God wants to bless us, not judge us, and sometimes the best way to move us into a place fit for blessing is to make us uncomfortable for a while. C. Stanley

Be you.

Nobody can be who you are, nobody can replace you, and nobody else on this earth is capable of fulfilling the Father's plan for you. Nobody else can do the work HE has gifted you to do, know the people HE is leading you to know, or offer the praise and prayer that HE is giving voice to. You must be and do what Father made you to be and do.

stop the drift

when the motion ends the drift begins. There are so many folks that today are in trouble because they stopped. They stopped living right, eating right, loving right, they stopped doing the right, saying the right and thinking the right. Start again, get the motion going and stop the drift. When you drift you have no control, take back the power of you.

if the sink is leaking fix it, if the car needs gas put some in it, if you have a cut put a bandage on it and if you need to get things right do it. MAKE NO PROVISION FOR FAILURE. Did you get it, now do something about it!!!!!!!

Time to start once again

It has been a while that I posted anything, many changes in life and much not as I have desired have come. Now is the time to begin a again to take back what the locusts have eaten. FATHER has been my school master for many years but during this past year I have come to understand more of what HE has been saying and at times liked it and at other times did not. It is only when we become teachable can we learn any way. I have said for years we should be "F.A.T. for Jesus", what I mean is F= faithful, A= available and T= teachable. If we would but learn these three simple things just think how much more we could grow and be used by FATHER.

I don't have a problem.

Another reason we never get help is because we deny that we have a problem. We know that something is not right but we deny that we are the reason, this leads to a multitude of problems as we blame others and make excuses for what is happening as if, don't blame me it's not my fault. May I say that this will never solve the problem but allow it to grow into something much bigger and harder to solve later. To deny that there is a problem is to see the light on the dashboard of the car and to say to yourself there is no problem it's that light that has the problem. If you decide to go some where and have the light unhooked so it want light up any more, you have not done away with the problem. We can not run from our problems they only follow. The Bible tells us if we see a fault in another that we which are spiritual should restore such a one, would it not make since that we need to take care of our own self before we start trying to restore someone else.

We don't know what to do, so we do nothing.

Many times we know there's a problem but we simple do nothing thinking it will just go away. The problem with this way of dealing or not dealing is that the problem will grow and develop many sub-problems that will have to be solved before you go to the root problem that you started with. If we would learn to deal with the root in stead of the fruit of the problem the fruit would become blessings instead of the problems that they produce in our lives. It's the little foxes that spoil the vines. Get to the root of the problem and you will not have a fruit problem to deal with.

Time will not heal all.

Many times in our life we know there's a problem but we try to live thinking that it will just go away. To live like this will only cause more problems. Yes, a broke leg needs to be set and given time to heal but it has to be set. A deep cut needs stitches and time will help it to heal. A bad infection needs medicines and time. Why is it that we think that emotional and spiritual problems will just solve themselves without us having someone to help and just time will heal this. If this is your way of dealing with these kinds of problems get ready to have this problem forever, though it might at times feel as if it is gone but it will stick it's ugly head up just when you least aspect it.

Why is it that we live this way? Let me give a few reason we do what we do. One is because we really don't know what to do, so we do nothing. Another is, we deny there is a problem. We will deal with each of these later on. If you need help get it that is the only way you will ever have peace. Only HIS will in our lives will feel the void we feel.
